The terms governing use of DBLU's platform and consulting engagements.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing DBLU or requesting an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are entering an engagement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Services
DBLU provides consulting-led AI transformation engagements, supported by a platform for discovery, assessment, governance, deliverable generation, knowledge publication, and outcome measurement. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate engagement agreement.
Customer knowledge & ownership
You retain ownership of the organizational knowledge captured during an engagement. DBLU retains ownership of its methodology, frameworks, public ontology, and platform. Deliverables produced for you are licensed for your internal use.
Access & use
Access to the platform is granted to authorized users of your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. Access is governed by role and organization membership.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other organizations' data, introduce harmful content, or use DBLU for unlawful purposes. DBLU reserves the right to suspend access for violations.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information. Your organizational knowledge is treated as confidential and tenant-isolated; DBLU's methodology and platform are treated as DBLU confidential information.
No warranty
Consulting deliverables and platform outputs are provided on a professional-efforts basis. DBLU does not warrant specific business outcomes, though engagements are designed to measure realized value at defined checkpoints.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DBLU's liability is limited to the fees paid under the applicable engagement agreement. DBLU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the limits set in that agreement.
Changes
DBLU may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
