Overview
DBLU is a consulting-led AI transformation platform. This policy explains what information we collect during engagements and how we use, protect, and govern it. We treat your organizational knowledge as confidential and tenant-isolated by design.
Information we collect
We collect the qualification information you submit to request an AI Discovery (name, business email, company, industry, company size, and an optional business challenge). During an engagement, we capture business context, documents, and interview input that you choose to share to build your private knowledge graph.
How we use information
Submitted qualification information is used to review and schedule your engagement. Engagement knowledge is used solely to build your organization's private, governed knowledge overlay and produce consulting deliverables. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train models exposed outside your organization.
Tenant isolation
Every organization's data is isolated by Row-Level Security and server-side tenant authorization. Customer users can access only their own organization's data. Platform administrators may access customer data solely to deliver and support engagements.
Human approval & control
Inferred facts about your organization require human approval before they become part of your ontology. You control what knowledge is published to the operational runtime. Publication is gated, versioned, and rollback-ready.
Data retention
Engagement knowledge is retained for the duration of your relationship with DBLU and any agreed retention period. You may request export or deletion of your organization's knowledge consistent with applicable law.
Benchmarks & anonymized insights
Cross-organization intelligence and benchmarks are strictly anonymized and aggregated. Participation is opt-in and governed by a human. No identifiable customer data is shared across organizations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. For organizational data, your designated administrator controls access. Contact us to exercise these rights.
