Founding Channel Partner — North American MSPs

Independent Partner Remote / North America

This is an independent business-development partnership, not a conventional full-time employment position.

Apply Now

Help build the MSP channel for a new AI platform, and participate in the value you create.

DBLU is looking for an exceptionally well-connected MSP industry veteran to become our Founding Channel Partner for North America.

This is not a conventional software sales job. We aren’t looking for someone to spend their days working through purchased lead lists and making hundreds of cold calls. We’re looking for someone who has spent years in the managed-services ecosystem, knows the people who run successful MSPs, understands how MSPs make money, and can pick up the phone and get meetings with owners and executives who trust their judgment.

About DBLU

DBLU is building an AI platform designed to help businesses deploy powerful AI and agentic workflows across their existing applications while maintaining the security, governance, privacy, human oversight and auditability businesses increasingly require.

For MSPs, DBLU creates two opportunities: it gives them a way to help their customers move beyond experimenting with standalone AI tools toward deploying AI across actual business processes, and it creates a new recurring and professional-services revenue stream around AI discovery, implementation, integration, governance and ongoing optimization.

Your mission

  • Introduce DBLU to established MSP owners, CEOs, CROs and decision-makers within your network.
  • Recruit an initial group of approximately 5–10 high-quality MSP design/channel partners.
  • Help identify which MSP profiles are most likely to succeed with DBLU.
  • Participate in executive-level partner recruitment and discovery conversations.
  • Help refine DBLU’s MSP value proposition, compensation model and partner program.
  • Help us understand how successful MSPs package, price, sell and deliver AI services.
  • Identify objections and barriers that could prevent MSP adoption.
  • Help develop repeatable MSP sales and enablement processes.
  • Identify potential relationships with distributors, peer groups, associations and other channel organizations.
  • Work with early partners to identify opportunities within their existing customer bases.
  • Help successful MSP partners progress from initial experimentation to repeatable DBLU sales and deployments.
  • Potentially build and lead DBLU’s North American channel organization.

Possible backgrounds include MSP channel-sales executive, MSP owner or executive, Channel Chief, VP of Channel Sales, MSP technology-vendor executive, RMM/PSA/cybersecurity/cloud/backup vendor channel executive, distributor or marketplace executive, MSP consultant, MSP M&A or strategic advisor, peer-group/association leader, or successful channel account manager.

A strong candidate should be able to answer: “If we asked you to identify ten strong MSP owners or CEOs who would seriously consider evaluating DBLU, who would you call?” And: “Which three would take your call this week?”

Compensation

The opportunity includes generous commissions, meaningful DBLU equity tied to contribution and agreed milestones, recurring upside based on productive partner relationships, and the opportunity to evolve into a senior leadership role building the channel.

This role will initially be structured as a flexible, nonexclusive independent business-development/channel partnership rather than a conventional salaried employment position, subject to applicable worker-classification requirements.

If you’ve spent a decade or more building credibility throughout the MSP ecosystem and want to use that network to help create something from the beginning, we’d like to talk.

DBLU will bring the technology. You bring the channel. Together, we’ll find out how large we can build it.
